A permissionless OTC marketplace for fair-launch token teams on Base. Buyers post approval-based offers for any ERC-20 token — nothing is escrowed — and on acceptance, tokens settle atomically into a Sablier vesting stream.
A Uniswap v4 hook that launches one permanent token and turns its locked position's LP fees into a last-buyer game. If no qualifying buy lands for four hours, the leader becomes the sole winner and receives the winner share of LP fees forever.
